Most people don’t buy a car without first giving it a test drive, guns shouldn’t be any different! Here at Mission Ridge Range and Academy, our goal is to empower you with knowledge and experience. Before committing to the purchase of a new gun, try it (or something similar) on our range. Our try before you buy program is designed to allow you to try a variety of rentals in the most cost-effective way. If you decide to purchase one of our firearms during that same visit, we waive all range time and rental fees (just pay for the ammo used). Follow the steps below to get the most out of the program:

• Before heading into the range, leverage the knowledge of our Team Members on the sales floor to narrow down the options. Fitting the gun to you is the most important step in your selection process.
• Think about the purpose of your purchase so that you can test that skill in our range with the different types of guns. This will help identify which one is the easiest and most comfortable for you to use.
• When checking into the range, let the RSO know what you are trying to accomplish so they can provide someone to assist and help guide your experience with the different guns.
• Once you have completed your shooting, if you are ready to make a purchase the check-out Team Member will direct you to one of our sales associates to assist with the purchase of your new firearm.
